1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the One More AI Employee product and related services provided by One More Turn Ventures LLC ("OMTV," "we," "our," "us"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
One More AI Employee is a subscription service that provides an AI-powered receptionist, chat agent, appointment booking, and review management for your business. Specific features depend on the tier you select.
3. Subscription and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Failed payments trigger Stripe's standard retry process (~3 weeks). Repeated failure results in service suspension until resolved.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge you want reviewed.
4. Your responsibilities
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), HIPAA if applicable to your industry, and any state / local equivalents.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide — business name, calendar, services, hours, pricing — and for updating it as things change.
- You must not use the Service to harass, deceive, or defraud callers, or to conduct unlawful telemarketing.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for call recording in your jurisdiction.
5. SMS / text messaging
SMS / MMS messaging is part of the Service. By signing up, by affirmatively agreeing during a sales or consultation call, or by explicit opt-in via webform or text keyword, you consent to receive text messages from OMTV related to the Service.
Types of messages. Messages may include: signup or checkout links sent after a consultation, onboarding notifications, billing or payment reminders, service / retention check-ins, account notifications, and prospect follow-up texts you have agreed to receive.
Consent paths. Consent is captured in one of three ways — verbal consent during a live phone call (call recording and transcript serve as the consent record), written consent at signup (transactional and service-related SMS only), or explicit opt-in via webform or text keyword. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy §6 (SMS / MMS messaging).
Frequency. Up to approximately 4 messages per month on an active account under normal use; up to 2 messages per month for prospect follow-up after a phone consultation.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any SMS to immediately unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. STOP and HELP keywords are processed automatically by our carrier.
Data sharing restriction. SMS consent and mobile phone numbers collected through the Service are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes and are not sold.
6. Data and privacy
Call transcripts, recordings, and contact details are stored and processed to deliver the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for specifics on retention, access, and deletion.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Underlying providers (GoHighLevel, Twilio, Stripe) may experience their own outages; these are outside our direct control.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — software, configurations, prompts — is owned by OMTV. Your business data, call transcripts, and customer lists remain yours. You grant us a license to process that data solely to deliver the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, OMTV's liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for serious breach of these Terms (including unlawful use, repeated failed payments, or abuse of the Service). You'll receive notice and a chance to cure where practical.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before taking effect.
