Is there a setup fee?
Yes: a one-time $495 setup fee when you start. After that it's $497 a month, month-to-month. Includes 2,000 AI call minutes a month, then 15 cents a minute. You're never locked in: cancel anytime.
Will callers know it's AI?
Yes, and that's fine: it's easy to talk to, and the technology is improving quickly. When a newer model is worth switching to, or the one you're on is being retired, we upgrade you at no charge. Call (231) 660-8613 to hear it for yourself.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every call is recorded and transcribed. Ask and we'll send you the transcripts so you can see exactly what was said; if the AI got something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it. If a caller wants a person, the AI takes their details and texts them to you.
Do you integrate with my existing phone system?
You keep your number and your phone company; nothing moves. We give you a new number where the AI answers. You can put that number on your website and ads, or turn on call forwarding at your phone company so calls to your current number reach the AI. You choose how: forward every call, or keep answering yourselves and forward only the calls you miss, after hours or when the line is busy. Please check with your phone provider before you sign up: most support forwarding, but the "only when busy or unanswered" version is sometimes a separate feature you order, and some charge for it or for forwarded minutes. We walk you through it and test it with you before you rely on it. Turning forwarding off puts everything back as it was.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
If you are in a business that requires HIPAA compliance, an additional $100 a month is added to the standard plan.
Can we cancel?
Anytime. Month-to-month. If the AI ever stops fitting your business, you can port your number out and cancel the same day.
